e-waste rewards!!!!

LA Conservation Corps representatives stopped by today to bring our check for the e-waste drive in May.  $530.78 will go towards our first water filling station!!!!  We will also have a nalgene bottle with our new Alverno Heights logo available soon!!

Yay!!  Well done Science Club!!

    Hi, I happened upon your blog and want to encourage you to recommend students interested in environmental protection and justice to apply to the San Gabriel Mountains Forever Leadership Academy. The deadline for the new cohort has just passed, but we take two cycles a year. Our youngest member this past class was a high school student from Huntington Park.
